Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders placed on weekdays leave our Orlando facility within 48 hours. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

Standard shipping (Continental US): Free. After dispatch, transit typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Florida. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

Alaska and Hawaii: Beds ship via UPS/FedEx for $125 due to oversized box costs. Eco-Cover orders ship via USPS for $12.

Expedited shipping: Need it faster? Expedited options are shown at checkout where available, priced at live carrier rates for your address.

International: We currently ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the US, email support@birchwoodandbark.com and we'll arrange a quote directly.
